The other day I watched a part of the Matrix movie, (yet again)! There was one scene which really impacted me. In it Neo is dead, but trinity believes in him, and tells him that she loves him. Neo then comes alive and breaks down the matrix.

This is a powerful picture  of our own lives. We understand that the bible tells us that we are dead in our sins. What is the key to entering into this new life which God has promised us. It is indeed the power of God's love. In the movie trinity, represents God. As she speaks of her love for neo, he begins to believe the truth and it impacts his life. In the same way as we allow the love of God to impact our lives, we too also come alive again. This new life which God offers can only come by His love impacting our hearts. The bible tells us that we can love because He first loved us!

Don't try to make this, "Christian thing", work! Have an encounter with God's love which opens the door and enables us to come alive.

Ever found it hard to hold onto faith? Ever felt as if your faith was been tested? Ever thought , is it worth it? Ever thought,  maybe I was wrong? We’ve been talking about the power of God and faith. There is often a period between the promise and the fulfillment of that promise.

The fifth and final giant David and his men encountered wasn’t given a name, but was described by his unusual physical attributes, namely 6 fingers and 6 toes on each hand and foot. We will call this giant – 6 fingers

Think of the  clutch or the grasp of this giant and his six fingers clutched around you as he took hold of you. A seemingly unshakable grasp. A tight grip.How you ever felt that there are areas in your life where the enemy seems to have such a hold grip on you, that you will never be able to get free from it?
